Fantasy of Flight’s Legends & Legacies Symposium Series begins in February with “They Dared to Fly” in honor of Black History Month. Join several of the original Tuskegee Airmen as they share their personal experiences of wartime military service during segregated America.

This event features open-forum and question-and-answer sessions. Fantasy of Flight’s permanent multi-media Tuskegee Airmen exhibit and vintage aircraft collection, including the P-51C Mustang, provides the perfect backdrop for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to meet these brave men.

The event is included in the $29.95 adult general admission price ($27.95 for seniors ages 55 and over and $15.95 for children, ages 6-15) plus tax.

Fantasy of Flight, located in Polk City, Fla., is Central Florida’s premier aviation-themed attraction showcasing vintage aircraft from the world’s largest private collection; themed immersion experiences; interactive exhibits and more.

About the author

Online Editor I've been around airplanes since I was a kid. That's when my uncle, a professional pilot, showed me how to fly his Cessna 177 Cardinal. l later became a writer and editor, so covering the exciting and ever-changing aviation industry -- which I've been doing in Flight Journal's Flybys since the late '90s -- was a natural fit.
