Have you reviewed the book by Lt. Col. Kit Carson? The book was used as a primer at Red Flag and I believe there was only one printing.
The book is very interesting and Col. Carson gives a review of German fighter aircraft and changes he would have made to each. Copies are still available and easy to find.
